Iris Interactive's Brooke Krumbeck was a speaker at the event for Project and Portfolio Management presenting research from her paper: A System Dynamics Approach for Strategic Analysis of Project Portfolio Interdependencies.
Brooke's Paper focused on strategic management across product portfolios using system dynamics as a tool to ensure organizations maximise their portfolio understanding and increase their return on investment. Brooke's research won best Project Management research paper for people under the age of 35.

Brooke has created models for the Iris Pharma platform that investigate patient flow, sales/revenues forecasts, portfolio development, product pipelines and doctor adoption flows.
