Iris Interactive's leadership team

Janaki is one of the founders of Iris Interactive. Janaki has extensive experience with embedding the Iris software for blue chip customers such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Consumer Health, Lion Nathan, Roche and sanofi-aventis among others.

David Davidovic is Founder and President, pathForward, and is currently focusing on providing consulting, advisory and management support to not-for-profit and start-up ventures mainly in the healthcare space.

David has built and led commercial functions in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries for 33 years and has been directly involved in bringing to market many bio-pharmaceutical innovations. Most recently, David was Vice President and Global Head of Commercial Services for Roche and Genentech. Prior to joining Genentech in 2005, where was for almost 8 years, he served 24 years at Merck & Co. His career has included leadership positions in marketing, sales, business development and commercial operations functions in Canada, in the US and globally. David holds a BSc in Physiology and an MBA, both from McGill University in Montreal Canada. He lives in San Francisco, CA.

Jayant is one of the founders of Iris Interactive. Jayant joined the company in November 1997, as Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Iris Leadership team. He is accountable for all aspects of the company's technology offerings and process consulting frameworks.

Jayant has over 25 years experience spanning brand marketing, process consulting and software development. Jayant's Industry experience covers consumer packaged goods and Rx pharmaceuticals.

Jayant has a strong background in managing innovation portfolios and projects as well as consulting and implementing systems to manage product commercialization. Jayant has significant experience in building brands through innovation in consumer packaged goods and pharmaceuticals industries.

At Iris Interactive, Jayant has led software development teams and delivered systems for world leading brand marketers such as J&J, Wyeth, Novartis, Roche, sanofi-aventis among others. Prior to joining Iris Interactive, Jayant worked at Unilever in four countries in various brand marketing roles. Jayant has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Steve is Business Development Director for Iris Interactive, Asia Pacific & Europe and a member of the Iris Leadership team. Steve is also a Founder and Director at Achieve Capital and at Customer Centric.

Steve has over 30 years of international biopharmaceutical and healthcare experience. Steve held a number of positions at Roche, Servier and Quintiles Transnational in marketing, sales and general management, including Business Development Director for Quintiles Commercial (UK) and Quintiles (Australasia).

Steve received his Honours Degree in Physiology at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.

Dr Kerryn Loftus is a member of the Iris Interactive Advisory Board. Kerryn is a practicing clinician with a strong business background.She brings valuable insights from a medical marketing perspective and helps shape Iris Interactive's offerings in the pharmaceutical and healthcare areas.

Kerryn is currently in full time clinical practice in Sydney, completing a specialisation in the Neurosciences. Prior to this she worked for 7 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry with her most recent position as Medical Director of Novartis Oncology in Australia.

Kerryn completed her medical training at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently completing a specialist MBA from Edinburgh, with an area of specialisastion in Strategy and Strategic Management.

She has a keen interest and passion for bringing together the medical, scientific and commercial aspects of drug development and commercialisation and has extensive experience and involvement in this process ranging from early clinical through to product launch and lifecycle management phases within the industry.
